ON-CALL FACILITIES. 27.01 Training Facilities where Resident Physicians are required to be on-call shall provide on-call facilities for Resident Physicians. The Training Facility and PARA endeavour/agree to work towards achieving and maintaining ideal on-call facilities through regular consultation and discussion between the parties. In addition, AHS will consult with representatives of PARA during the planning stages of major renovations, construction of new buildings, or conversion of existing on-call facilities.

ON-CALL FACILITIES. The Employers shall make available a duty-room for each Resident required to stay in- hospital for overnight call duties. The room shall be within reasonable proximity to the hospital area covered by the Resident. It must contain a telephone, desk, chair, lamp and bed (box spring and mattress). It shall have daily housekeeping services provided (cleaning, towels, linen changes). In addition, there must be a washroom containing a sink, mirror, and razor outlet. A shower or bathtub and toilets for the exclusive use of the Resident (and not the public or other hospital employees) shall be located in the immediate vicinity. The room must be securable by the Resident. The Employers shall make a reasonable attempt to meet these standards. If any new teaching hospitals are built, the above standards shall be provided.

  • Verizon OSS Facilities Any gateways, interfaces, databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, used by Verizon to provide Verizon OSS Services to Reconex.

  • Interconnection Facilities 4.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 2 of this Agreement. The NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall provide a best estimate cost, including overheads, for the purchase and construction of its Interconnection Facilities and provide a detailed itemization of such costs. Costs associated with Interconnection Facilities may be shared with other entities that may benefit from such facilities by agreement of the Interconnection Customer, such other entities, the NYISO, and the Connecting Transmission Owner.

  • Interconnection Facility Options The Intercarrier Compensation provisions of this Agreement shall apply to the exchange of Exchange Service (EAS/Local) traffic between CLEC's network and Qwest's network. Where either Party acts as an IntraLATA Toll provider, each Party shall xxxx the other the appropriate charges pursuant to its respective tariff or price lists. Where either Party interconnects and delivers traffic to the other from third parties, each Party shall xxxx such third parties the appropriate charges pursuant to its respective tariffs, price lists or contractual offerings for such third party terminations. Absent a separately negotiated agreement to the contrary, the Parties will directly exchange traffic between their respective networks without the use of third party transit providers.

  • Generating Facility The Interconnection Customer’s device for the production of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.

  • Purpose of Interconnection Facilities Except as may be required by Applicable Laws and Regulations, or as otherwise agreed to among the Parties, the Interconnection Facilities shall be constructed for the sole purpose of interconnecting the Large Generating Facility to the Participating TO’s Transmission System and shall be used for no other purpose.

  • Parking Facilities Alamo Colleges District shall make the existing parking facilities at the rented Facility available for the vehicular traffic and parking necessitated by the Organization’s Use of the rented Facility, on a non-exclusive basis, as specified at Exhibit A. MAXIMUM CAPACITY. Organization anticipates approximately the number of participants stated at Exhibit A and agrees to inform Alamo Colleges District of any significant changes five (5) business days in advance of a Use. Organization shall not admit a larger number of persons than can safely and freely move about the Facility. Alamo Colleges District shall notify Organization of the recommended capacity of the Facility and all decisions of Alamo Colleges District concerning questions arising under this Paragraph shall be final.

  • Additional Facilities If any structural additions or change in use shall be made to the buildings or other improvements included in the Project Facility subsequent to the date hereof (other than the initial construction of the Building contemplated by the Project), or if any additional buildings or improvements shall be constructed on the Land other than the Building (such change of use, new structures, structural additions, buildings and improvements being referred to hereinafter as “Additional Facilities”), the Obligor agrees that its PILOT Obligations hereunder shall be increased by an amount, as determined by the Agency or a tax assessor selected by the Agency, equal to the increased tax payments, if any, that would have been payable on such increase if this Agreement were not in effect. Nothing herein shall constitute the Agency’s consent to the construction of any such additions or additional buildings or improvements or to such change of use.

  • Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities The Participating TO shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A at the sole expense of the Interconnection Customer. Unless the Participating TO elects to fund the capital for the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities, they shall be solely funded by the Interconnection Customer.
