Training Facility. The Employer shall contribute fifty (50¢) cents per hour for each straight-time hour worked (up to 40 hours per week) for each member to the Union’s Training Program. The Employer shall be provided all the benefits of the Training Program. Upon request, the Union shall provide a summary of benefits provided. During the term of the Agreement, representatives of the Employer and the Union, along with representatives of unions representing other construction and maintenance employees of the Employer’s Public Works Department, shall meet and confer in an effort to identify or develop employment practices which may be more responsive to the changing construction and maintenance needs of the Employer.

Training Facility. The objectives of the special training facility will be: - to improve the capabilities of Cambodians by facilitating their participation in university and post graduate studies, short term training programmes, workshops and seminars in the country and in the region. - to enhance regional co-operation. Criteria for the eligibility of candidates will be established during the design phase of the facility.
