On Call List for Dietary and Housekeeping. Employees in the Dietary and Housekeeping Departments may request to be placed on an “On call” list maintained by the Employer. Such list shall be maintained by each of the two departments for voluntary recall by shift. In the event the Employer determines a need for more employees on a shift in either of these departments, and no departmental employee present elects to remain & work the following shift, the Employer shall contact those employees on the list in order of seniority to work the needed shift. An employee must give notice of her/his desire to work additional shifts by writing her/his name, current phone number, and availability on the "on call" list provided by the Employer.
