On Call Premium and Callback Pay. Nurses assigned to be on call during the hours outside of the nurse’s regularly scheduled shift, shall be paid four dollars ($4.25) for each hour designated on call. RNs shall receive six dollars and twenty-five cents ($6.25) per hour for all standby hours of thirty-one (31) or more per pay period. If the nurse is called to work, they shall be guaranteed a minimum of three (3) hours’ pay at the rate of time and one-half (1½x) the nurse’s regular rate of pay in addition to on call pay. Nurses on call shall be provided with signal devices. Travel to and from the Hospital shall not be considered time worked. On call duty shall not count toward seniority and benefit accrual. This section shall not apply to nurses subject to low census.
