On Call Premium and Callback Pay. Nurses assigned to be on call during the hours outside of the nurse’s regularly scheduled shift, shall be paid four dollars ($4.25) for each hour designated on call. RNs shall receive six dollars and twenty-five cents ($6.25) per hour for all standby hours of thirty-one (31) or more per pay period. If the nurse is called to work, they shall be guaranteed a minimum of three (3) hours’ pay at the rate of time and one-half (1½x) the nurse’s regular rate of pay in addition to on call pay.
