On-Demand Taxicab Service Standards. For each time that the Authority observes that the on- demand service standard is not being met, and taxicabs are available at the Airport and have not been delayed because of unusual weather or traffic conditions, liquidated damages may be assessed at the rate of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) for each ten (10) minutes, or fraction thereof, that the on-demand service standard is not being met.

  • Reliability Standard Seller agrees to abide by (i) CPUC General Order No. 167, “Enforcement of Maintenance and Operation Standards for Electric Generating Facilities”, and (ii) all applicable requirements regarding interconnection of the Project, including the requirements of the interconnected Participating Transmission Owner.
