Acceptance Standards definition

Acceptance Standards means the standards set forth in Exhibit A-4 with respect to the testing of the Hubs.
Acceptance Standards means the standards set forth in Exhibit D with respect to the testing of the WinStar Fibers.
Acceptance Standards means those specifications, standards and performance requirements for a Product: (a) as set forth in this Agreement; (b) as provided by the Supplier to the Purchaser in connection with the purchase of the Products; (c) as set forth in the Supplier’s or manufacturer’s published literature on the Commencement Date; (d) as required by applicable law; and (e) the criteria according to good engineering practice as determined by the Purchaser, in its sole discretion.

Examples of Acceptance Standards in a sentence

  • If District issues a Rejection Notice where Contractor reasonably believes the fiber test results conform to the Testing and Acceptance Standards, the parties shall work together to do cooperative testing to determine whether the test results conform to specifications.

  • WinStar represents and warrants that the Initial Hubs have met the Acceptance Standards as of the Effective Date.

  • If the Fiber Acceptance Testing for all System Segment Portions of a System Segment shows that the WinStar Fibers meet the Acceptance Standards and WinStar does not object to the results of any SSPFAT by written notice within the time periods specified in Section 7.4, WinStar shall be deemed to have accepted the particular System Segment.

More Definitions of Acceptance Standards

Acceptance Standards means the standards set forth in Exhibit C with respect to the testing and condition of the Grantee Fibers.
Acceptance Standards or “Acceptance Criteria” means the performance standards for the Compost Facility based on this RFP, the Contractor's response to this RFP and any subsequent Contract, which the Contractor will meet in order to achieve Acceptance.
Acceptance Standards means the fiber characteristics which City may utilize to accept fiber from its own construction contractor or partners, subject to variance due to route, segment, fiber types, initial and subsequent splicing and other physical factors not necessarily within City’s control, which characteristics City deems acceptable to begin its own use of Fibers in the City Economic Network for digital transmission within the specifications of then-current digital optical transmission equipment. City’s Acceptance Standards may result in a System which requires further tuning for some future digital oranalog use, the cost of which is not contemplated in this Agreement, and which may be the subject of some future agreement. Such Acceptance Standards shall be nearly uniform for all Fibers in the City Economic Network and City’s Acceptance Standards for Fatbeam IRU Fibers shall be the same as for any other Fibers in the City Economic Network, including Fibers for City’s use.
Acceptance Standards means the standards set forth in Attachment B (“Fiber Specifications, Splicing, Testing, and Acceptance Standards and Procedures”) with respect to the testing and condition of the Intermax IRU Fibers.
Acceptance Standards means those performance standards set forth in the Service Agreement for the CSWDM & WTEF, which the Company will meet in order to achieve Acceptance, as more specifically set forth in Appendix B to the CSWDM & WTEF Project Contract Principles and Schedule 8.
