On-Line Classes. A certified teacher from the bargaining unit shall only be required as an on-site xxxxxxx teacher for online courses that are taken by a student during regular class time and not for online classes taken by a student before or after school, during the summer, as an independent study class, or as required by an Individualized Educational Plan (IEP).
