ONE Mail Directory. 4.1 eHealth Ontario will provide access to ONE Mail Directory content as part of the ONE Mail Direct Service. The ONE Mail Directory is operated and maintained by eHealth Ontario, and eHealth Ontario is solely responsible for determining the format of the listings, which may change from time to time, in the ONE Mail Directory. Although eHealth Ontario takes reasonable steps to verify the identity of each individual listed in the ONE Mail Directory, eHealth Ontario does not represent, warrant or covenant that the listings in the ONE Mail Directory are complete or accurate. 4.2 The following information is listed about Client in the ONE Mail Directory: First name; Last name; Category - Practitioner; and eHealth Ontario ONE Mail Direct Account e-mail address; Client acknowledges that the types of information listed in the ONE Mail Directory is in eHealth Ontario’s sole discretion and may change from time to time. 4.3 To the extent that any such information to be included in the ONE Mail Directory may be Personal Information, you consent to the inclusion of such information in the ONE Mail Directory and to the disclosure of such information to, and its use by, the other end users of eHealth Ontario’s ONE Mail e-mail service. 4.4 Client agrees not to use or disclose the information contained in the ONE Mail Directory for any purpose other than communicating with other ONE Mail users in a manner consistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 4.5 Client represents, warrants and covenants that any information related to Client provided to eHealth Ontario is accurate and complete, and Client is responsible for informing eHealth Ontario should there be any change to such information and providing updated information. Client is also responsible for informing eHealth Ontario in the event Client discovers that the information in the ONE Mail Directory relating to Client is incorrect and providing the correct information. 4.6 eHealth Ontario recognises that in certain exceptional circumstances Client may need to remove your information from the ONE Mail Directory, for example, for confidentiality reasons. In such a case, you must contact the eHealth Ontario Service Desk and provide reasonable justification for your information to be removed from the ONE Mail Directory. The ONE Mail Directory is operated and maintained by eHealth and it is solely responsible for determining the format of the listings, which may change from time to time. Although eHealth takes reasonable steps to verify the identity of each individual listed in the ONE Mail Directory, it does not represent, warrant or covenant that the listings in the ONE Mail Directory are complete or accurate. 4.2 The following information about you will be listed in the ONE Mail Directory: First name; Last name; Category - Practitioner; and Your Physician email Account e-mail address. You acknowledge that the information listed in the ONE Mail Directory is in eHealth’s sole discretion and may change from time to time. In such a case, you must contact the eHealth Service Desk and provide reasonable justification for your information to be removed from the ONE Mail Directory. ONE Mail Directory. If an End User’s Account is terminated for any reason, eHealth Ontario will remove from the ONE Mail Directory any listing related to that Account.

  • Mail Service 1. The Union shall be authorized to use the Agency’s internal mail distribution system, and the electronic mail system (e-mail), to conduct Union business which is necessary for the effective representation of bargaining unit employees. 2.   • Internet Service In the event that internet is required during your stay, please verify that the Property selected provides the service. Rules of the House: In the event there are rules specific to your Property either required by the Owner or if applicable from an HOA, they will be posted at the home and your compliance is necessary. Rental Unit for Sale: Occasionally a Property may go on the market for sale. In such cases Agent reserves the right to show the Property to potential buyers. Agent will make every effort to schedule the showing at a time that is convenient for Tenant, so as not to interrupt your vacation. Tenant’s cooperation is appreciated. Consumable Products: Paper products, laundry/dish detergent, personal toiletry items and food staples are not included in the Properties. Linens: Linens are included with all Properties for reservations up to 2 days or more. If linens and towels are damaged or missing there will be an added fee to replace and/or clean those items. Linens and towels should only be used for sleeping in and drying off. Damaged or missing bath towels are $25, hand towels are $15, wash cloths are $10, sheets are $30, pillow cases are $15, and bath mats are $20. Damaged items might include makeup, blood stains, excessive dirt, tanning lotion, and human waste.

  • Usage for Voice Mail Message Service Rated Incollects (originated in BellSouth and from other companies) can also be on Optional Daily Usage File. Rated Incollects will be intermingled with BellSouth recorded rated and unrated usage. Rated Incollects will not be packed separately.

  • Internet Traffic Any traffic that is transmitted to or returned from the Internet at any point during the duration of the transmission.

  • Internet Services Transfer Agent shall make available to Fund and Shareholders, through its web sites, including but not limited to xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (collectively, “Web Site”), online access to certain Account and Shareholder information and certain transaction capabilities (“Internet Services”), subject to Transfer Agent’s security procedures and the terms and conditions set forth herein and on the Web Site. Transfer Agent provides Internet Services “as is,” on an “as available” basis, and hereby specifically disclaims any and all representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding such Internet Services, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and implied warranties arising from course of dealing or course of performance. Transfer Agent shall at all times use reasonable care in performing Internet Services under this Agreement.

  • Data Services In lieu of any other rates or discounts, the Customer will receive a discount equal to 20% for the following Data Services: Access: Standard VBS3Guide local loop charges for DS-0, DS-1 and DS-3 Access Service.

  • Cellular Telephone Executive shall receive reimbursement for reasonable expenses associated with Executive's use of a cellular telephone in performing his services.
