Common use of One-Time Vacation Sellback Clause in Contracts

One-Time Vacation Sellback. For Fiscal Year (“FY”) 2022-2023, employees shall be eligible for a one-time sellback of up to 160-hours of vacation leave, in addition to the one-time pay-out in accordance with subsection 8.A.1.e. (One-Time Payout). Employees shall submit their request to ACFD’s Finance Division by July 8, 2022, and such vacation sellback will be paid on a special check issued on July 15, 2022.
