One Year Waiting Period. An employee must qualify for vacation leave by having been employed by the City for a period of one (1) year from their anniversary date in order to receive two (2) weeks of vacation.

One Year Waiting Period. Unless otherwise ordered by a court of competent jurisdiction, no Claims, other than the Trustee's Priority Claims, shall be paid out of the Trust Fund during the 12-month period ("Waiting Period") commencing on the date the Trustee received written notice that the Trust Fund is deemed inadequate as defined in Paragraph 5.1(a).
