Ongoing Developer Marketing. The Purchaser acknowledges that the Seller may retain strata lots in the Development for use as display suites for marketing or other purposes. The Purchaser will permit and, to the extent that the Purchaser is able so to do, will cause the strata corporation for the Development to permit the Seller to install signs and other marketing materials on the common property to market the strata lots and to carry out promotions on the common property. The Purchaser consents to the use of the common property and the display suites for marketing the strata lots and shall not revoke the Purchaser’s consent for so long as the Seller is the owner of any strata lots in the Development.
Ongoing Developer Marketing. The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that for so long as the Seller owns any strata lots in the Development, the Seller may carry out marketing, promotional and sales activities within the Development. This includes lots owned or leased by the Seller and common property. The Purchaser will permit, and, to the extent that the Purchaser is able so to do, will cause the strata corporation for the Development to permit activities including, including, without limitation, the Seller to maintain display suites, trailers, townhouses, display areas, parking areas and signage, and permit public access to same for the purpose of marketing any unsold lots. In addition, the Seller and its representatives may conduct tours of the Development from time to time with prospective purchasers and may hold events and other activities within the Development in connection with its marketing and sales activities.
