Online Banking Terms and Conditions. This Agreement applies to the online banking service offered by the State Bank of Cross Plains. When you use, or you permit any other person(s) to use, any part of Online Banking, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and agree to comply with the instructions found on help screens. This Agreement and the services offered through Online Banking are also subject to other agreements between you and us, including for example the terms and conditions of your account. In case of a conflict in terms between those documents and this Agreement, this Agreement will control your use of the service.

Online Banking Terms and Conditions. This Agreement applies to the online banking service offered by Lake Ridge Bank. When you use, or you permit any other person(s) to use, any part of Online Banking, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and agree to comply with the instructions found on help screens. This Agreement and the services offered through Online Banking are also subject to other agreements between you and us, including for example the terms and conditions of your account. In case of a conflict in terms between those documents and this Agreement, this Agreement will control your use of the service.

Online Banking Terms and Conditions. Service Access. Your accounts can be accessed under the Online Banking via personal computer. If we approve the Online Banking service, a separate PIN (Personal Identification Number) will be assigned to you. You must use your PIN with your account number to access your accounts. Online Banking will be available for your convenience twenty-four (24) hours per day. This service may be interrupted for a short time each day for data processing.

You further agree that the use of these systems are for authorized users only. Individuals using these systems are subject to having all their activities on these systems monitored and recorded by us. Anyone using these systems expressly consents to such monitoring and is advised that if such monitoring reveals possible evidence of criminal activity, we may provide the evidence of such monitoring to law enforcement officials.

  • Governing Terms and Conditions If there is an irreconcilable conflict between the terms and conditions set forth in this Contract or any Contract Amendment and the terms and conditions set forth in any Exhibit, Appendix, Work Authorization or Supplemental Work Authorization to this Contract, the terms and conditions set forth in this Contract or any Contract Amendment shall control over the terms and conditions set forth in any Exhibit, Appendix, Work Authorization or Supplemental Work Authorization to this Contract.

  • Payment Terms and Conditions 67.6.1 CLEC shall pay a Transit Service Charge as set forth in Table 1 for any Transit Traffic routed to CenturyLink by CLEC. 67.6.2 CLEC shall be responsible for payment of Transit Service charges on Transit Traffic routed to CenturyLink by CLEC and for any charges assessed by the terminating carrier. CLEC agrees to enter into traffic exchange agreements with third-parties prior to routing any Transit Traffic to CenturyLink for delivery to such third parties, and CLEC will indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Transit Service provider against any and all charges levied by such third-party terminating carrier with respect to Transit Traffic, including but not limited to, termination charges related to such traffic and attorneys’ fees and expenses.

  • Waiver of Terms and Conditions Failure to enforce any of the terms or conditions of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of any such terms or conditions, or of any other terms or conditions.

  • Other Terms and Conditions You also agree to be bound by any other specific terms and conditions governing such recurring/instalment payment scheme. In the event of conflict, such specific terms and conditions are to prevail over the provisions of this clause but only to the extent necessary to give full effect to those terms and conditions.

  • VARIATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS The Bank may at any time amend or vary any of these terms and conditions governing the operation or use of the TBS. The Bank shall notify the Account Holder of any changes. If the Account Holder continues to use or operate the TBS after the Bank has given such notice of change, the Account Holder shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to such changes without reservation.

  • Acceptance of Terms and Conditions Seller, by signing this Agreement, or delivering the supplies or performing the services identified herein, agrees to comply with all the terms and conditions and all specifications and other documents that this Agreement incorporates by reference or attachment. Company hereby objects to any terms and conditions contained in any acknowledgment of this Agreement that are different from or in addition to those mentioned in this document. Failure of Company to enforce any of the provisions of this Agreement shall not be construed as evidence to interpret the requirements of this Agreement, nor a waiver of any requirement, nor of the right of Company to enforce each and every provision. All rights and obligations shall survive final performance of this Agreement.
