Only members of the NZEI. Te Riu Roa who actually attend a meeting called in accordance with this clause shall be entitled to pay in respect of that meeting and to that end the NZEI Te Riu Roa shall supply the employer with a list of members who attended and shall also advise the time of finishing the meeting.
