Onsite Administrator General Standards. 1. Contractor shall provide, at Contractor’s expense, two (2) full time onsite administrators (“OSAs”), which are technicians trained to support the Contractor’s products and services who will work onsite at the Facilities during the County’s business days. A business day shall be defined as Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. except for County holidays.
