Open Access Reporting. Where the Material includes titles where articles other than Open Access Articles are published in the same issue as Open Access Articles (a “Hybrid Journal”), the Publisher shall provide Jisc Collections details of the following on an annual basis: the number of articles in each Hybrid Journal published as Open Access Articles, as a proportion of the total number of articles published in that Hybrid Journal; details of all Open Access Articles published in the Material by corresponding authors of each Participating Institution. The Publisher should provide the following information: Article Title Corresponding Author Institution Name DOI
Open Access Reporting. ACM commits to providing data sufficient to assess the outcomes of the Open Access Model Pilot on an annual basis, and to a collaborative process for analyzing the data. Specifically, by April 1 of 2023, 2024, 2025 ACM will provide the following information about the 2022, 2023, 2024 pilot years, including both annual and cumulative data:
i. the number of Open Access Articles published by ACM where the corresponding or non-corresponding author is affiliated with the Licensee.
ii. details of all the Open Access Articles in the material by the Affiliated Author such as title, author name and DOI including funder information. By institution and for all institutions:
a) Adoption by institutions: number of institutions that have signed on to the pilot.
b) Progress towards reducing costs for non-publishing institutions.
c) Open licensing: what sort of author copyright licenses have been selected, in what number and proportion.
d) Copyright retention: number of authors who have chosen to retain copyright and number who have chosen to grant copyright to ACM.
e) Volume of OA: Proportion of OA articles overall and from Licensees involved in the pilot.
f) Impact of pilot on ACM’s business and financial conditions: including number of deals closed, value of said deals, impact of pilot on ACM revenues, increase or decline in ACM revenues overall, and a confidential report of cancellations received and their financial impact.
g) Impact of pilot on participating campus publishing volume: publishing output by Licensees in pilot, including Affiliated Corresponding Authors as well as all Affiliated Authors.
h) Other metrics as mutually identified and agreed upon between Consortium and ACM. At least once per year following the release of this data, pilot participants will be provided the opportunity to participate in a conference call regarding the data. ACM will make reasonable efforts to address reasonable requests to adjust or extend the type of data gathered.

ACM commits to providing data sufficient to assess the outcomes of the Tiered Band Open Access Model Pilot on an annual basis, and to a collaborative process for analyzing the data. Specifically, by April 1 of 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026 and 2027 ACM will provide the following information about the 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026 pilot years, including both annual and cumulative data:
i. the number of Open Access Articles published by ACM where the corresponding or non-corresponding author is affiliated with the Licensee.
ii. details of all the Open Access Articles in the material by the Affiliated Author such as title, author name and DOI including funder information. By institution and for all institutions:
a) Adoption by institutions: number of institutions that have signed on to the pilot, by tiered band.
b) Progress towards reducing costs Tier 10 institutions according to the schedule laid out by ACM (schedule B).
c) Open licensing: what sort of author copyright licenses have been selected, in what number and proportion.
d) Copyright retention: number of authors who have chosen to retain copyright and number who have chosen to grant copyright to ACM.
e) Volume of OA: Proportion of OA articles overall and from Licensees involved in the pilot.

Open Access Reporting a. Licensor provides the following information as a minimum for all open access publication output reports:
i. name of the Eligible Corresponding Author ii. name of the Member iii. Funder, if provided by author iv. date of acceptance of accepted article v. date of publication (once published) vi. journal title vii. ISSN/E-ISSN viii. accepted article title ix. article type
Open Access Reporting a) The Company of Biologists shall provide the Licensee, on an annual basis, the details of the number of articles in each Hybrid Journal published as Open Access Articles, as a proportion of the total number of articles published in that Hybrid Journal.
b) The Company of Biologists shall list the Licensee on its website and provide reasonably sufficient information to enable Authorised Users to benefit from its open access schemes as described in this Addendum.
Open Access Reporting. 10.1. Consortium reporting through the Publisher online platform will be developed during the Term and will be provided as it becomes available. This reporting will cover all articles that have entered production, gold and hybrid, identified to the Licensee as described in sections 8 and 9 above. Until this service is available, Publisher will provide manual reporting on a quarterly basis. These manual reports will cover all published articles, hybrid, identified to the Licensee as described in section 8 above and gold articles where a discount code has been provided.
10.2. The Licensor provides the following information as a minimum for all Manual reports and reports provided through the Online platform:
1. Name of the Corresponding Author;
2. E-mail address of Submitting Author;
3. Institution Name;
4. Article title;
5. Article DOI;
6. Clickable DOI;

(i) the number of articles in each Hybrid Journal published as Open Access Articles, as a proportion of the total number of articles published in that Hybrid Journal;
(ii) details of all Articles published in the Licensed Material by Corresponding Authors of each Institution. The Publisher should provide the following information: Journal Title Article Title Corresponding Author Institution Name DOI
Open Access Reporting. Institutional reporting is available via Licensor’s online portal for any institutions registering as a “Centralised Xxxx Xxxxx” at the commencement of the Agreement. This reporting will cover all:
(i) Eligible Articles in Hybrid Publishing titles where the Member has selected the pre-approval workflow (detailed in 1(d) above), and
(ii) Eligible Articles in Gold OA Publishing Titles once available as outlined in 2(d) where the Member has selected the pre-approval workflow (detailed in 1d) above) or where the author has selected the Member as xxxx xxxxx. Minimum standards for data provided by these reports are shown below in 4(c)
Open Access Reporting. 5) Date of acceptance and date of publication Corresponding author ORCID
6) DOI and link to the published article
Open Access Reporting. ACM will provide an online portal where each Licensee and the National Library can download reports containing the information described in points i and ii below. ACM commits to providing data sufficient to assess the outcomes of the Open Access Model on an annual basis, and to a collaborative process for analyzing the data. Specifically, by April 1 of 2023, 2024, and 2025 ACM will provide the following information about the 2022, 2023, and 2024 calendar years, including both annual and cumulative data:
i. the number of Open Access Articles published by ACM where the corresponding or non-corresponding author is affiliated with the Licensee.
