Members of the public, stakeholders, and representatives of the Parties who are not appointed as a GSA Representative or GSA Group Representative on the Coordination Committee may attend all Coordination Committee meetings and shall be provided with an opportunity to comment on matters on the meeting agenda, but shall have no vote.
