Operating Staff. The term “Operating Staff” as used in this Agreement refers to full-time, regular appointments that include clerical, trade, custodial, maintenance, security, and certain technical employees, who are paid by the hour and are considered non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Operating Staff. 8.2.1 Operating Staff are assigned to work year-round, with due allowance for authorized holidays and use of accrued leave. The basic workweek for full-time Operating Staff, shall be either thirty-seven and one half (37 ½) hours per week or forty (40) hours per week. Work hours beyond the basic workweek for Operating Staff shall be compensated in accordance with Article 17 of this Agreement.

Operating Staff. The Design-Builder shall provide formal instruction for up to twenty (20) City designated personnel addressing the operation and maintenance of all installed equipment. The Operation and Maintenance manuals developed shall be used as training materials. Unless otherwise accepted by City, training course format shall be split equally between classroom instruction and field exercises. All classroom instruction shall be videotaped, at the sole expense of the Design-Builder, for future reference. Classroom instruction may be supported by professionally made video tapes in digital format. If used, a copy of each used video shall be provided for future training and reference. The Design-Builder shall provide a training plan with the final design document submission addressing all involved building equipment.

  • Management (a) The General Partner shall conduct, direct and manage all activities of the Partnership. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, all management powers over the business and affairs of the Partnership shall be exclusively vested in the General Partner, and no Limited Partner shall have any management power over the business and affairs of the Partnership.   • Property Management Borrower will provide for professional management of the Mortgaged Property by the Property Manager at all times under a property management agreement approved by Lender in writing. Borrower will not surrender, terminate, cancel, modify, renew or extend its property management agreement, or enter into any other agreement relating to the management or operation of the Mortgaged Property with Property Manager or any other Person, or consent to the assignment by the Property Manager of its interest under such property management agreement, in each case without the consent of Lender, which consent will not be unreasonably withheld.
