Operation of Synchronizing Breakers. Seller shall have the ability to trip and close its generator synchronizing breakers located at the Facility. Company will have trip control only and breaker status indication of the Facility generator synchronizing breakers. Seller shall notify Company of all operations of its generator synchronizing breaker in advance of such operation if practicable.

The Company will shall have remote trip control only over and breaker status indication from certain breakers, as shown in Attachment A-1 (Diagram of the Facility generator synchronizing breakersInterconnection). The Seller shall notify the Company of all operations of its generator synchronizing breaker these breakers, in advance of such operation if practicable. The System Operator has the right to remotely trip these breakers if deemed necessary for operation of Company’s System.
