Operation of the Subscription Services. The implementation and operation of KnowBe4’s Subscription Services, and any deliverables resulting from the Subscription Services, are performed by designated administrator(s) employed or contracted by Customer. Any Managed Services, as defined below, may be subject to additional fees.
