Operational Services for 7D cinema on Truck. The selected bidder has to undertake below mentioned activities but not limited to as a part of Operational Services for 7D cinema on Truck: o The selected bidder shall be responsible for end to end operational activities required for operating 7D cinema on Truck including sufficient manpower i.e. atleast Rate Contract for Setting up of Interactive Digital Amusement Gallery during various events four (Driver-1, Operators-2, N/w Engineer-1), wear and tear cost of the truck, operations cost, road insurance, insurance of truck, equipment‟s and related accessories, employees/ manpower insurance, lodging and boarding of the manpower, toll tax, fuel, etc. The deployed team shall have effective communication skills to respond to various queries being asked by the visitors, should be able to manage crowd, and should also be responsible to co-ordinate with RISL team at the event location for handing any emergency situation etc. The deployed technical resource shall be responsible to Maintain Service Level Agreement adhering to SLA requirement of the project, Check and update status and remedial actions, in case of problem/ default related to product/ device/ content are reported. o The Selected Bidder shall be responsible for maintenance and upkeep of the Truck and ensure that it remains roadworthy during the entire duration of the contract. o The team deployed shall also be responsible for the activities mentioned in 4.1.e. (if any) of RFP. a. In case of negative feedback received from the RISL/ designated department or in writing against any of the resources deployed, the RISL may issue written communication to bidder for a suitable replacement. b. Bidder shall be responsible to replace the resource(s) immediately, else penalty will be imposed as defined under this RFP document Note: - 1. The theater (7D cinema) should be well mounted on Truck with the specification mentioned under “Annexure-2” of this RFP. 2. The selected bidder is expected to supply atleast 100 polarized linear glasses along with installation of polarized screen for 7D cinema. 3. The Driver should have a valid driving license.

  • Transactional Services The Service Provider shall communicate to its Customers, as to shares of the Fund, purchase, redemption and exchange orders reflecting the orders it receives from its Customers or from any brokers and banks for their Customers. The Service Provider shall also communicate to beneficial owners holding through it, and to any brokers or banks for beneficial owners holding through them, as to shares of the Fund, mergers, splits and other reorganization activities, and require any broker or bank to communicate such information to its Customers.

  • Optional Services To the extent that the Fund elects to engage the Transfer Agent to provide the services listed below the Fund shall engage the Transfer Agent to provide such services upon terms and fees to be agreed upon by the parties: (a) Corporate actions (including inter alia, odd lot buy backs, exchanges, mergers, redemptions, subscriptions, capital reorganization, coordination of post-merger services and special meetings).

  • Educational Services Any service or supply for education, training or retraining services or testing including: special education, remedial education; cognitive remediation; wilderness/outdoor treatment, therapy or adventure programs (whether or not the program is part of a Residential Treatment facility or otherwise licensed institution); job training or job hardening programs; educational services and schooling or any such related or similar program including therapeutic programs within a school setting.

  • Professional Services Warranty 5.1 Oracle warrants that Professional Services will be provided in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Customer must notify Oracle of any warranty deficiencies within 60 days from performance of the deficient Professional Services. 5.2 ORACLE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES WILL BE PERFORMED ERROR- FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED, THAT ORACLE WILL CORRECT ALL PROFESSIONAL SERVICES ERRORS, OR THAT THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES WILL MEET CUSTOMER’S REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS. ORACLE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ISSUES RELATED TO THE PERFORMANCE, OPERATION OR SECURITY OF THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES THAT ARISE FROM CUSTOMER DATA OR THIRD PARTY APPLICATIONS OR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES PROVIDED BY THIRD PARTIES. 5.3 FOR ANY BREACH OF THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES WARRANTY, CUSTOMER’S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND ORACLE’S ENTIRE LIABILITY SHALL BE THE CORRECTION OF THE DEFICIENT PROFESSIONAL SERVICES THAT CAUSED THE BREACH OF WARRANTY, OR, IF ORACLE CANNOT SUBSTANTIONALLY CORRECT THE DEFICIENCY IN A COMMERCIALLY REASONABLE MANNER, CUSTOMER MAY END THE DEFICIENT PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AND ORACLE WILL REFUND TO THE CUSTOMER THE FEES FOR THE TERMINATED PROFESSIONAL SERVICES THAT CUSTOMER PRE-PAID TO ORACLE FOR THE PERIOD FOLLOWING THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF TERMINATION. 5.4 TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND THERE ARE NO OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, INCLUDING FOR SOFTWARE, HARDWARE, SYSTEMS, NETWORKS OR ENVIRONMENTS OR FOR MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

  • Transitional Services Upon cancellation, termination, or expiration of the Contract for any reason, the Contractor shall provide reasonable cooperation, assistance and Services, and shall assist the Department to facilitate the orderly transition of the work under the Contract to the Department and/or to an alternative contractor selected for the transition upon written notice to the Contractor at least thirty (30) business days prior to termination or cancellation, and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract.

  • TRANSPORT SERVICES Upon the conclusion of such multilateral negotiations, the Parties shall conduct a review for the purpose of discussing appropriate amendments to this Agreement so as to incorporate the results of such multilateral negotiations.

  • Professional Services Bodily injury" or "property damage" arising out of the rendering of or failure to render profes- sional services;

  • Investigational Services This plan covers certain experimental or investigational services as described in this section. This plan covers clinical trials as required under R.I. General Law § 27-20-60. An approved clinical trial is a phase I, phase II, phase III, or phase IV clinical trial that is being performed to prevent, detect or treat cancer or a life-threatening disease or condition. In order to qualify, the clinical trial must be: • federally funded; • conducted under an investigational new drug application reviewed by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA); or • a drug trial that is exempt from having such an investigational new drug application.
