Opt-Out of Medical Plan Benefits. 23 1. Employees may elect to Opt Out of the County’s medical benefit 24 plan coverage by making that election on their Benefit Enrollment form. Employees 25 making such election must provide proof of other group medical benefit plan 26 coverage, other than Medicare in order to make the Opt Out election.
