Optical Benefits. Eye care coverage will be offered to each employee who works an average of 20 hours per week or greater. Employees will have the option to opt in or out of the City’s eye care benefit plan and to pay the appropriate eye car premium for the level of benefit (single, single plus one, or family) they prefer.
