Common use of Option to Hospital-Surgical-Medical Insurance Benefit Clause in Contracts

Option to Hospital-Surgical-Medical Insurance Benefit. For the duration of this agreement and as an option to the Health Benefits plan, specified in subsection 1 of Article XVIII, Section E, above, an otherwise eligible teacher, who is not covered by the application of subsection 1, shall be granted the option of receiving a yearly cash stipend in accordance with Section E. 1

Option to Hospital-Surgical-Medical Insurance Benefit. 1. For the duration of this agreement and as an option to the Health Benefits plan, specified in subsection 1 4 of Article XVIIIXVII, Section E(A), above, an otherwise eligible teacher, who is not covered by the application of subsection 1, shall be granted the option of receiving a yearly cash stipend in accordance with Section E. 1(G). 1 above. The teacher may elect to take this stipend in accordance with the Cafeteria Plan as established.
