Common use of Optional Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance Clause in Contracts

Optional Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance. Optional Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance in units of $10,000.00 to a maximum of $200,000.00 will be made available to members of the Bargaining Unit in the Group Life Insurance plan. Such coverage will be at the member’s expense and at the group rate. Amounts and insurability will be at the sole discretion of the insurance carrier.
