Common use of Optional Group Life Clause in Contracts

Optional Group Life. The City shall provide, as an option, available to those employees who request it in writing, Group Life Insurance up to a maximum of three hundred thousand ($300,000) dollars for the employee and/or three hundred thousand ($300,000) dollars for the employee’s spouse, with evidence of insurability. The employee shall pay one hundred (100%) per cent of the premiums.

Optional Group Life.
