Optional Level. 2 support services: Participation in the Software Maintenance Program makes the Licensee eligible for Level 2 support services (individualized support and consulting), but Xxxxx 0 support services are provided subject to availability and written agreement between the parties specifying the cost and scope of services, deliverables, and timetable. Xxxxx 0 support services include individualized technical training, consulting, and engineering services above and beyond the standardized automated support provided under Xxxxx 0 xxxxxxx. Xxxxxxxx xx Xxxxx 0 support services include: individual telephone support and consulting; software adaptation and customization; design and development of custom reports; design and development of custom charts and data visualizations; data conversion and integration services; and custom programming. The cost of Level 2 support services is typically $100/hour, or as superseded by written agreement of the parties for any specific project.

The Producer Price Index (PPI) may be used as partial justification, subject to approval by H-GAC, but no price increase based solely on an increase in the PPI will be allowed. This documentation should be submitted in Excel format to facilitate analysis and updating of the website. The letter and documentation must be sent to the Bids and Specifications manager, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, at Xxxxxxx.Xxxxxx@x-xxx.xxx Review/Approval of Requests If H-GAC approves the price increase, Contractor will be notified in writing; no price increase will be effective until Contractor receives this notice.   • Staffing Levels To the extent legislative appropriations and PIN authorizations allow, safe staffing levels will be maintained in all institutions where employees have patient, client, inmate or student care responsibilities. In July of each year, the Secretary or Deputy Secretary of each agency will, upon request, meet with the Union, to hear the employees’ views regarding staffing levels. In August of each year, the Secretary or Deputy Secretary of Budget and Management will, upon request, meet with the Union to hear the employees’ views regarding the Governor’s budget request.

  • Reallocation to a Class with a Lower Salary Range Maximum 1. If the employee meets the skills and abilities requirements of the position and chooses to remain in the reallocated position, the employee retains existing appointment status and has the right to be placed on the Employer’s internal layoff list for the classification occupied prior to the reallocation.
