Order Entry. All Orders must be placed through the XXXXX.xxx Online Trading System or MetaTrader® Online Trading System or by telephone to the XXXXX.xxx Trading Desk. Telephone orders are accepted in the sole discretion of XXXXX.xxx.
Order Entry. 9.1 Client will designate minimum and multiple order quantities. Order entry requests are maintained by Cardinal Health through its Operating System.
9.2 Client will instruct its Customers to place orders based on the contract between Client and Customer.

9.4 Cardinal Health uses commercially reasonable efforts to enter orders accurately. Cardinal Health measures such accuracy, and reports this attribute periodically according to Section 22 of the Operating Guidelines.

8.5 Client reserves the right to limit quantities, to hold or to refuse orders. These decisions will be executed by Cardinal Health. It is the responsibility of the Client to monitor Customer ordering practices. Cardinal Health will train customer service reps that Client discourages distributors from routinely ordering more frequently than weekly.
8.6 Cardinal Health will use commercially reasonable efforts to enter orders accurately. Cardinal Health measures the accuracy of orders entered and will report this attribute periodically according to Section 21 of the Operating Guidelines.
Order Entry. Abbott acknowledges and agrees that it shall be responsible for all order entry, training, and education within the Territory relating to the operation and use of the Products. OAR is solely responsible for obtaining any hardware, software and services (including internet access) necessary to access Sprint’s order entry system(s). OAR will sign a license for access to and the use of the designated order entry system(s) if requested by Sprint.
