Order Governs. In the event of any inconsistency between the provisions of this Order and the Interim DIP Order, Existing DIP Order or the DIP Documents (as the case may be), the provisions of this Order shall govern; provided, however, that subject to the terms of this Order, the provisions of the Existing DIP Order shall remain in full force and effect.
