The 'Order Minimums' clause sets a required minimum quantity or value for each order placed under the agreement. Typically, this means that the buyer must purchase at least a specified number of units or reach a certain dollar amount per order, regardless of their actual needs. This clause ensures that the seller receives a predictable volume of business and helps prevent small, inefficient orders that may not justify the costs of processing and fulfillment.
Order Minimums. Buyer and Seller agree to 24 hour minimum run --------------- sizes for those products listed in Table I, in the attached Schedule 1. Buyer and Seller agree to 12-hour minimum run sizes for those products listed in Table II, in the attached Schedule 1. These minimums are applicable on orders placed by Buyer, but Seller can over/under produce by 5% of the ordered quantity. Any additional over production will be carried in Seller's inventory and will not be included in the consignment inventory, unless mutually agreed upon by Buyer.

Order Minimums. Each order must meet or exceed a minimum line repackaging charge of at least $20 per line and $125 per order (excluding shipping charges).   • MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY The State makes no commitment to purchase any minimum or maximum quantity, or dollar volume of products from the selected suppliers. Utilization of this agreement will be on an as needed basis by State Agencies and/or Cooperative Participants, Cities, Counties, Schools K-12, Colleges and Universities. The State will award to multiple suppliers; however, the State reserves the right to purchase like and similar products from other suppliers as necessary to meet operational requirements.

  • Minimum Orders Client may order Manufacturing Services for batches of Products only in multiples of the Minimum Order Quantities as set out in Schedule B to a Product Agreement.

  • Minimum Shipping Requirements for TIPS Sales Vendor shall ship, deliver, or provide ordered goods and services within a commercially reasonable time after acceptance of the order. If a delay in delivery is anticipated, Vendor shall notify the TIPS Member as to why delivery is delayed and provide an updated estimated time for completion. The TIPS Member may cancel the order if the delay is not commercially acceptable or not consistent with the Supplemental Agreement applicable to the order.

  • Order to Stop Work The MTC, may, by written order to Vendor at any time, and without notice to any Surety, require Vendor to stop all or any part of the work called for by this contract. This order shall be for a specified period not exceeding 90 days after the order is delivered to Vendor, unless the parties agree to any further period. Any such order shall be identified specifically as a stop work order issued pursuant to this clause. Upon receipt of such an order, Vendor shall forthwith comply with its terms and take all reasonable steps to minimize the occurrence of costs allocable to the work covered by the order during the period of work stoppage. Before the stop work order expires, or within any further period to which the parties shall have agreed, the MTC shall either: Cancel the stop work order; or, Terminate the work covered by such order as provided in the Termination for Default clause or the Termination for Convenience clause of this Contract.
