TRADING FEES. By placing an order on Coinbase Pro, you agree to pay all applicable fees and you authorise Coinbase to automatically deduct fees directly from your Coinbase Pro Account. Trading fees are set forth in the Trading Rules and at: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/fees.
TRADING FEES. For all of the services rendered under this Agreement with respect to the Allocated Portion as herein provided, the Adviser shall pay to the Trader an annualized fee pursuant to the Trading Agreement. No additional fees shall be payable to the Trader for the services provider under this Agreement.
TRADING FEES. If there are no PXP tokens on the balance of the PointPay crypto exchange, the fee for the maker is 0.05% of the amount of the trading request. If there are no PXP tokens on the balance of the PointPay Crypto Exchange, the fee for the taker is 0.05% of the amount by which he or she pays off the order placed by the maker. Depending on the number of PointPay tokens (PXP) the Company provides discounts.
TRADING FEES. For all of the services rendered with respect to the Allocated Portion as herein provided, the Adviser shall pay to the Trader an annualized fee, based on the Current Net Assets (as defined below) of the Allocated Portion, as set forth in Schedule A attached hereto and made a part hereof. Such fee shall be accrued daily and payable monthly. In the case of termination of this Agreement with respect to the Fund during any calendar month, the fee with respect to the Allocated Portion accrued to, but excluding, the date of termination shall be paid promptly following such termination. TRADING FEES. For all of the services rendered under this Agreement with respect to the Allocated Portion as herein provided, the Adviser shall pay to the Trading Advisor an annualized fee pursuant to the Sub-Advisory Agreement dated as of May 23, 2023, by and between the Adviser and the Trading Adviser. No additional fees shall be payable to the Trading Advisor for the services provider under this Agreement.
TRADING FEES. In consideration of the foregoing, the Client hereby agrees to pay COL the following: 3.1 Commission fees at rates which may from time to time be communicated to the Client. The Client agrees that COL may change the commission rate at any time upon reasonable notice; 3.2 Transfer/settlement fees, depository/custodianship fees, and transaction fees; 3.3 In relation to the subscription and/or redemption of funds, all fees which may be imposed by the fund provider, including, among others, front-end fees, back-end fees, and trail fees; and 3.4 Stock transaction tax, VAT on commission, and any other government levies and duties imposed in relation to the above. COL reserves the right to impose such other reasonable fees subject to prior notice to the Client. 4.
TRADING FEES. You further agree to pay the Company certain applicable trading fees in accordance with the terms set forth at the App (the "Trading Fees"). Such Trading Fees shall be set-off automatically from the proceeds of your applicable transaction(s) on a per transaction basis and in the same form of Digital Asset currency as your proceeds of the applicable transaction(s). We also reserve the right to charge you for extraordinary costs which we may incur in connection with your Account, including but not limited to in connection with: a) actions required to maintain, restore or protect your Account and b) payment refusals, chargebacks or any other interference with any payment to us.
TRADING FEES. 6.1 The Client shall pay to the Broker all trading fees including but not limited to Investor Compensation Fund levy, levy pursuant to the SFO and such other fees which may be imposed by the HKFE from time to time in respect of Futures/Options transactions executed by the Broker in markets organised by the HKFE. The Client also agrees and undertakes to pay any other levies or charges which may be levied by other relevant exchange or clearing corporation for Futures/Options Business executed in markets other than those organised by the HKFE.
TRADING FEES. 7.12.1. Inanomo Marketplace charges a fee for each Taker Order and each Maker Order that is posted to the Order Book.
