Budget and Planning Clause Samples
The Budget and Planning clause establishes the framework for setting and managing the financial and operational parameters of a project or agreement. It typically outlines how budgets are created, approved, and adjusted, and may specify the responsibilities of each party in preparing and adhering to the project plan. This clause ensures that all parties have a clear understanding of financial expectations and project milestones, helping to prevent misunderstandings and cost overruns by providing a structured approach to resource allocation and project execution.
