Order of Promotions a) The Civil Service Commission shall certify to the appointing officer the names and addresses of not more than three (3) candidates standing highest upon the promotional register for the position of Company Officer. The appointing officer may select any candidate referred on such list and irrespective of the number of times such candidate’s name was previously considered for selection.
