ORGANIZED RESERVED FORCES. Every person who is a member of a service component of the Armed Forces of the United States shall be granted, in accordance with Section 59 of Chapter 33 of the General Laws, leave of absence without loss of pay, during the time of his/her annual tour of duty as a member of such reserve component; provided, however, that such leave shall not exceed seventeen (17) days.
