Common use of OTES/OSCES Clause in Contracts

OTES/OSCES. ARTICLE X EVALUATION PROCEDURES For OTES teachers, the District will utilize the Board’s Standards-Based Teacher Evaluation System set forth in Appendix F-1, for OSCES counselors, the District will utilize the Board’s Standards-Based Counselor Evaluation System set forth in Appendix F-2, both of which have been mutually developed by the parties. All matters contained within the Systems shall be considered grievable under the grievance procedure contained within this contract. Any revisions to the Board’s Standards-Based Teacher/Counselor Evaluation Systems must be bargained prior to implementation in accordance with law.
