SERVICE RELOCATION. 8.1 If you move to another dwelling or location, you will pay a relocation fee and the Service continues if the Service is available at the new location. 8.2 If there is no coverage at your new address, we will not be able to relocate your Telequip broadband service and will have to cancel it.

SERVICE RELOCATION. (a) You may relocate a Service by ordering a new Service at the Site and cancelling the existing Service. Relocation or installation Fees may apply. (b) If the Service is delivered via a Premium Access, You must order the relocated Service for a new Initial Term. The new Initial Term must be equal to or greater than the original Initial Term applicable to the Service prior to relocation. (c) If You are relocating a Service, We cannot guarantee that We will be able to provide the Service at the new Site. (d) If the Service is relocated during the Initial Term it will be deemed to be a termination of that Service and relevant cancellation Fees will apply.
SERVICE RELOCATION. If you move residence and the Service is available at your new address, and you wish to continue receiving the Service, you may be required to pay a relocation fee of $75.00. Contact us to discuss your options in relation your Service before you re- locate. To ensure a minimum duration of downtime, you must provide engin with at least 30 days notice when relocating. If you move and the Service is not available at your new address, regardless of whether you wish to continue receiving the Service, you may be required to pay a disconnection fee, for example if you are in a fixed term agreement for your Service

SERVICE RELOCATION. 50.1 If Xxxxxx notifies the Service Provider that it proposes to remove any Approved Service Delivery Location from Schedule 10 (Approved Service Delivery Locations) in accordance with Clause 15.4 and the Service Provider is at that time providing Services from that Approved Service Delivery Location the Service Provider may, within twenty (20) Business Days, submit to Xxxxxx a written response explaining why, having used all reasonable endeavors, it would not be able to move the provision of the Services from the Approved Service Delivery Location as proposed by Xxxxxx. 50.2 If the Service Provider does not submit a response within twenty (20) Business Days or Xxxxxx notifies in writing that it does not accept the Service Provider’s response under Clause 50.1, the Service Provider shall: (a) submit to Xxxxxx a project plan (which shall include a detailed impact assessment) for moving the location from which those Services are delivered to an Approved Service Delivery Location (a “Service Relocation Plan”); and (b) upon Xxxxxx’x approval of the Service Relocation Plan (not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed), implement the Service Relocation Plan in accordance with its terms, subject to such modifications as Xxxxxx may reasonably require. 50.3 The Service Relocation Plan shall incorporate such provisions of the Exit Plan as are relevant to the relocation of the Services from the former Approved Service Delivery Location to the replacement Approved Service Delivery Location. 50.4 The costs of implementation of a Service Relocation Plan (“Service Relocation Costs”) shall be borne as follows: (a) if the removal referred to in Clause 50.1 was effected by Xxxxxx exercising its rights under Clause 15.4(a), or by Xxxxxx exercising its rights under Clause 15.4(b) (other than as described in Clause 50.4(b)), the Service Relocation Costs shall be borne by the Service Provider; and (b) if the removal referred to in Clause 50.1 was effected by Xxxxxx exercising its rights under Clause 15.4(b) in circumstances where the Approved Service Delivery Location did not comply with a Policy because of a change in that Policy, the Service Relocation Costs shall be borne by Xxxxxx.

  • DEPENDENT PERSONAL SERVICES 1. Subject to the provisions of Articles 16, 18 and 19, salaries, wages and other similar remuneration derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of an employment shall be taxable only in that State unless the employment is exercised in the other Contracting State. If the employment is so exercised, such remuneration as is derived therefrom may be taxed in that other State. 2. Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 1, remuneration derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of an employment exercised in the other Contracting State shall be taxable only in the first-mentioned State if: a) the recipient is present in the other State for a period or periods not exceeding in the aggregate 183 days in any twelve-month period commencing or ending in the tax year concerned, and b) the remuneration is paid by, or on behalf of, an employer who is not a resident of the other State, and c) the remuneration is not borne by a permanent establishment or a fixed base which the employer has in the other State. 3. Notwithstanding the preceding provisions of this Article, remuneration derived in respect of an employment exercised aboard a ship or aircraft operated in international traffic by a resident of a Contracting State, may be taxed in that State.

  • Service Period The Service Period of this Agreement is for 1 year in respect of the unit and starts on the Start Date as defined in the Terms and Conditions, or, in the case of an extension of renewal of the provision of Support Services, starts on the date of payment of the Charges.

  • Service Requests In support of services outlined in this Agreement, the Service Provider will respond to service related incidents and/or requests submitted by the Customer within the following time frames:

  • Service Area (a) SORACOM shall provide the SORACOM Air Global Service within the area designated on the web site of SORACOM (the “Service Area”), provided, that, the Service Area may be different if stated otherwise as specified by SORACOM separately. However, within the Service Area, you may not use the SORACOM Air Global Service in places where transmissions are difficult to send or receive. (b) The parties of this Agreement acknowledge that there may be countries or locations within which SORACOM may be restricted from providing the SORACOM Air Global Service due to applicable laws, regulations, decisions, rules or orders (“Restrictions”). During the Term, SORACOM will use reasonable efforts to monitor whether there are any such Restrictions. SORACOM may in its sole discretion and at any time, suspend, discontinue, limit, or modify the SORACOM Air Global Service or impose additional requirements on the provision of the SORACOM Air Global Service, as may be reasonably required to comply with any such Restrictions. (c) In no event will SORACOM be required to provide the SORACOM Air Global Service in countries or locations, or in a manner that would be in violation of the Restrictions and its failure to provide the SORACOM Air Global Service due to the Restrictions will not be deemed to be a breach of its obligations under this Agreement. (d) In the event that any Restriction, or any change in applicable law, regulation, decision, rule or order materially or adversely affects the delivery of the SORACOM Air Global Service (including the economic viability thereof), SORACOM will notify Subscribers in writing and the parties will negotiate in good faith regarding changes to this Agreement. If the parties cannot reach agreement within 30 days after notification from SORACOM requesting renegotiation, SORACOM may terminate the Agreement upon 30 days’ written notice to the Subscriber.

  • Sick Leave Verification Process a. The new school district shall provide the employee with the necessary verification form at the time the employee receives confirmation of employment in the school district. b. An employee must initiate the sick leave verification process and forward the necessary verification forms to the previous school district(s) within ninety (90) days of commencing employment with the new school district. c. The previous school district(s) shall make every reasonable effort to retrieve and verify the sick leave credits which the employee seeks to port.

  • Provider Network The Panel of health service Providers with which the Contractor contracts for the provision of covered services to Members and Out-of-network Providers administering services to Members.

  • Service Interruption Except where there exists an emergency situation necessitating a more expeditious procedure, the Licensee may interrupt Service for the purpose of non-routine repairing or testing the Cable Television System only during periods of minimum use and, when practical, only after a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours notice to all affected Subscribers.

  • Continuous Operation The work week shall provide for continuous operation based on a seven (7) day week, twenty-four (24) hours per day.

  • Location of Services Subcontractor will provide the Services at the following address(es): _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________.

  • Continuous Operations Any employee or group of employees engaged in an operation for which there is regularly scheduled employment on a twenty-four (24) hour a day, seven (7) day a week basis shall be known as continuous operations employees.
