Other Party Not Employee of the District. By signing this agreement, The Other Party acknowledges that he/she is an independent Other Party and certifies that he/she is not a current SRHD employee or agent. This Agreement shall become null and void if The Other Party accepts employment with SRHD. The Other Party agrees not to make any claim, demand, or application to or for any right or privilege applicable to a SRHD employee including, but not limited to, worker’s compensation coverage, retirement membership or credit or any other benefit which would accrue to a civil service employee under Chapter 41.06
