Other Radial Areas. The allowance defined in subclause (2) of this clause shall be paid for work performed by employees employed on distant work as defined in Clause 18. - Living Away from Home - Distant Work, when the work is carried out away from the place where, with the employer's approval, the employee is accommodated for the distant work, and is within a radius of 50 km from the place of accommodation.
