Other Religious Observances. (a) Where established ethno-cultural or religious practices provide for ceremonial occasions, employees may request up to two (2) days leave without pay per calendar year to observe spiritual or holy days. Such leave shall not be unreasonably withheld. (b) Employees shall provide the Employer with the dates of the two (2) days for which leave will be requested. A minimum of two (2) weeks’ notice is required for leave under this provision.
