Termination due to Force Majeure 13.5.1 If the Force Majeure Event or its effects continue to be present beyond the period as specified in Article 4.5.3, either Party shall have the right to cause termination of the Agreement. In such an event, this Agreement shall terminate on the date of such Termination Notice.
Contract Renegotiation, Suspension, or Termination Due to Change in Funding If the funds DSHS relied upon to establish this Contract or Program Agreement are withdrawn, reduced or limited, or if additional or modified conditions are placed on such funding, after the effective date of this contract but prior to the normal completion of this Contract or Program Agreement:
Termination for failure to pay If Company fails to make any payment due hereunder, Hospital shall have the right to terminate this Agreement upon [* * *] business days written notice, unless Company makes such payments plus any interest due, as set forth in Section 4.7, within said [* * *] day notice period.
