OTHER REQUIREMENTS: COMMERCIAL USES. In any MU Zone, no development permit shall be issued for any commercial use except in conformity with the following: (a) Where any portion of any lot in any MU Zone is to be used for commercial uses, no parking and outdoor storage or outdoor display or sign shall be permitted within any side or rear yard where such yard abuts any lot containing a residential dwelling or any residential zone, except where a fence or other visual and physical barrier is provided. (b) Notwithstanding Section 8.3(a) above, where the abutting property is under the same ownership, no fence or other visual and physical barrier shall be required.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS: COMMERCIAL USES. Where uses are permitted as commercial uses in a C-2 Zone, the following shall apply: (a) The gross floor area of the commercial use shall not exceed ten (10) percent of the lot area. (b) Any area devoted to open storage shall not exceed fifty (50) percent of the lot area. (c) No outdoor storage or display shall be permitted within any required yard except as permitted within clause (e). (d) Any area devoted to outdoor display shall be not exceed twenty-five (25) percent of the lot area. (e) That any display areas shall be set back a minimum of ten (10) feet (3.0 m) from the street line. (f) That all commercial refuse containers shall be located beside or behind the building which it serves, subject to servicing constraints. (g) That all commercial refuse containers shall be enclosed by an effective visual screen so as to not be visible from the street and/or highway and from adjacent properties. 36.1 CR-2 USES PERMITTED 36.2 CR-2 (ZONE REQUIREMENTS)
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: COMMERCIAL USES. Where uses are permitted as Commercial Uses in any MU Zone, the following shall apply: (a) The footprint of all buildings devoted to a commercial use shall not exceed five thousand (5,000) square feet (464.5 m2); (b) No portion of any lot shall be used for the collection and storage of refuse unless the refuse containers are screened; (c) No outdoor storage shall be permitted in any front yard; (d) Except where a commercial use abuts another commercial use, no portion of any parking space shall be located within any required side or rear yard except where a fence or other visual and physical barrier is erected; and (e) Within the front yard area, the first ten (10) feet (3.1 m) bordering the road right-of- way shall be landscaped. In the case of an existing building which is set back less than ten (10) feet (3.1 m) from the road right-of-way, this setback area shall be landscaped.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: COMMERCIAL USES. Where uses are permitted as Commercial Uses in any C-2 Zone, the following shall apply: (a) No open storage or outdoor display other than the display of plants shall be permitted. (b) No portion of any lot shall be used for the collection or storage of refuse unless the refuse containers are screened.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: COMMERCIAL USES. Where commercial uses are permitted in any MU-1 Zone, the following shall apply: (a) The gross floor area devoted to all commercial uses on any lot shall not exceed two thousand (2,000) square feet. (b) No open storage or outdoor display shall be permitted. (c) The parking lot shall be demarcated and paved or otherwise maintained with a stable surface which is treated in a manner to prevent the raising of dust and loose particles. (d) Except where any commercial use abuts another commercial use in an MU-1 Zone, no portion of any parking space shall be located within any required side yard. (e) Where any commercial use abuts another commercial use in the MU-1 Zone, the abutting side yard requirement shall be eight (8) feet.

  • Federal Medicaid System Security Requirements Compliance Party shall provide a security plan, risk assessment, and security controls review document within three months of the start date of this Agreement (and update it annually thereafter) in order to support audit compliance with 45 CFR 95.621 subpart F, ADP System Security Requirements and Review Process.

  • Technical Requirements 4.5.3.1 Tandem Switching shall have the same capabilities or equivalent capabilities as those described in Telcordia TR-TSY-000540 Issue 2R2, Tandem Supplement, June 1, 1990. The requirements for Tandem Switching include but are not limited to the following: 4.5.3.1.1 Tandem Switching shall provide signaling to establish a tandem connection; 4.5.3.1.2 Tandem Switching will provide screening as jointly agreed to by <<customer_short_name>> and BellSouth; 4.5.3.1.3 Where applicable, Tandem Switching shall provide AIN triggers supporting AIN features where such routing is not available from the originating end office switch, to the extent such Tandem switch has such capability; 4.5.3.1.4 Where applicable, Tandem Switching shall provide access to Toll Free number database; 4.5.3.1.5 Tandem Switching shall provide connectivity to Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP)s where 911 solutions are deployed and the tandem is used for 911; and 4.5.3.1.6 Where appropriate, Tandem Switching shall provide connectivity for the purpose of routing transit traffic to and from other carriers. 4.5.3.2 BellSouth may perform testing and fault isolation on the underlying switch that is providing Tandem Switching. Such testing shall be testing routinely performed by BellSouth. The results and reports of the testing shall be made available to <<customer_short_name>>. 4.5.3.3 BellSouth shall control congestion points and network abnormalities. All traffic will be restricted in a non-discriminatory manner. 4.5.3.4 Tandem Switching shall process originating toll free traffic received from <<customer_short_name>>’s local switch. 4.5.3.5 In support of AIN triggers and features, Tandem Switching shall provide SSP capabilities when these capabilities are not available from the Local Switching Network Element to the extent such Tandem Switch has such capability.

  • W-9 Requirement Alongside a signed copy of this Agreement, Grantee will provide Florida Housing with a properly completed Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) Form W-9. The purpose of the W-9 form is to document the SS# or FEIN# per the IRS. Note: W-9s submitted for any other entity name other than the Grantee’s will not be accepted.

  • Design Requirements The DG Facility shall be installed in compliance with Wisconsin Administrative Code Chapter PSC 119.

  • DRUG-FREE WORKPLACE REQUIREMENTS Contractor will comply with the requirements of the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1990 and will provide a drug-free workplace by taking the following actions: a. Publish a statement notifying employees that unlawful manufacture, distribution, dispensation, possession or use of a controlled substance is prohibited and specifying actions to be taken against employees for violations. b. Establish a Drug-Free Awareness Program to inform employees about: 1) the dangers of drug abuse in the workplace; 2) the person's or organization's policy of maintaining a drug-free workplace; 3) any available counseling, rehabilitation and employee assistance programs; and, 4) penalties that may be imposed upon employees for drug abuse violations. c. Every employee who works on the proposed Agreement will: 1) receive a copy of the company's drug-free workplace policy statement; and, 2) agree to abide by the terms of the company's statement as a condition of employment on the Agreement. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in suspension of payments under the Agreement or termination of the Agreement or both and Contractor may be ineligible for award of any future State agreements if the department determines that any of the following has occurred: the Contractor has made false certification, or violated the certification by failing to carry out the requirements as noted above. (Gov. Code §8350 et seq.)

  • REQUIREMENTS CONTRACT This is a Requirements Contract and the County’s intent is to order from the Contractor all of the goods or services specified in the contract’s price schedule that are required to be purchased by the County. If the County urgently requires delivery of goods or services before the earliest date that delivery may be required under this contract, and if the contractor will not accept an order providing for accelerated delivery, the County may acquire the goods or services from another source. The County’s requirements in this contract are estimated and there is no commitment by the County to order any specified amount. If the estimated quantities are not achieved, this shall not be the basis for an equitable adjustment.

  • Compliance with Xxxxxxxx Act requirements The contractor shall comply with the requirements of 29 CFR part 3, which are incorporated by reference in this contract.

  • Compliance with Accessibility Standards All parties to this Agreement shall ensure that the plans for and the construction of all projects subject to this Agreement are in compliance with standards issued or approved by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) as meeting or consistent with minimum accessibility requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (P.L. 101-336) (ADA).

  • Minimum Requirements Consultant shall, at its expense, procure and maintain for the duration of the Agreement insurance against claims for injuries to persons or damages to property which may arise from or in connection with the performance of the Agreement by the Consultant, its agents, representatives, employees or subconsultants. Consultant shall also require all of its subconsultants to procure and maintain the same insurance for the duration of the Agreement. Such insurance shall meet at least the following minimum levels of coverage:

  • Basic Requirements To be eligible for PayPal’s Seller Protection program, all of the following basic requirements must be met, as well as any applicable additional requirements: • The primary address for your PayPal account must be in the United States. • The item must be a physical, tangible good that can be shipped, except for items subject to the Intangible Goods Additional Requirements. Transactions involving items that you deliver in person in connection with payment made in your physical store, may also be eligible for PayPal’s Seller Protection program so long as the buyer paid for the transaction in person by using a PayPal goods and services QR code. • You must ship the item to the shipping address on the Transaction Details page in your PayPal account for the transaction. If you originally ship the item to the recipient’s shipping address on the Transaction Details page but the item is later redirected to a different address, you will not be eligible for PayPal’s Seller Protection program. We therefore recommend not using a shipping service that is arranged by the buyer, so that you will be able to provide valid proof of shipping and delivery. • The shipping requirement does not apply to eligible transactions involving items that you deliver in person; provided, however, that you agree to provide us with alternative evidence of delivery or such additional documentation or information relating to the transaction that we may request. • You must respond to PayPal’s requests for documentation and other information in a timely manner as requested in our email correspondence with you or in our correspondence with you through the Resolution Center. If you do not respond to PayPal’s request for documentation and other information in the time requested, you may not be eligible for PayPal’s Seller Protection program. • If the sale involves pre-ordered or made-to-order goods, you must ship within the timeframe you specified in the listing. Otherwise, it is recommended that you ship all items within 7 days after receipt of payment. • You provide us with valid proof of shipment or delivery. • The payment must be marked “eligible” or “partially eligible” in the case of Unauthorized Transaction claims, or “eligible” in the case of Item Not Received claims, for PayPal’s Seller Protection program on the Transaction Details page. • In the case of an Unauthorized Transaction claim, you must provide valid proof of shipment or proof of delivery that demonstrates that the item was shipped or provided to the buyer no later than two days after PayPal notified you of the dispute or reversal. For example, if PayPal notifies you of an Unauthorized Transaction claim on September 1, the valid proof of shipment must indicate that the item was shipped to the buyer no later than September 3 to be eligible for PayPal’s Seller Protection program. PayPal determines, in its sole discretion, whether your claim is eligible for PayPal’s Seller Protection program. PayPal will make a decision, in its sole discretion, based on the eligibility requirements, any information or documentation provided during the resolution process, or any other information PayPal deems relevant and appropriate under the circumstances. To be eligible for PayPal’s Seller Protection program for a buyer’s Item Not Received claim, you must meet both the basic requirements and the additional requirements listed below: • Where a buyer files a chargeback with the issuer for a card-funded transaction, the payment must be marked “eligible” for PayPal’s Seller Protection on the Transaction Details page. • You must provide proof of delivery as described below.
