Other Services5. 4. 1 No Interconnect Fees shall be levied by either Party against the otherin respect of:5. 4. 1. 1 Calls made to Emergency Organisations which may be accessedby dialling the Number 112, the Number 107, the Number 10111or the Number 10177; or5. 4. 1. 2 Calls routed to Emergency Organisations via centres nominatedin writing by MTN to receive such Calls and agreed to in writingby Telkom, such agreement not to be unreasonably withheld,prior to the establishment of reporting centres (as contemplatedin the National Emergency Telephone Service Act, 143 of 1993)which may be accessed by dialling the Number 107 or theNumber 112; or28.5. 4. 1. 3 so called "Toll-Free 080 Calls", originating on the PLMN anddestined for the PSTN.5. 4. 2 For all purposes under this Agreement:5. 4. 2. 1 Calls made by any Customer of MTN to Numbers beginning withthe Number 081 or the Number 082 will be deemed to beNational Calls;5. 4. 2. 2 Collect Calls will be deemed to have originated from the calledparty; provided that nothing contained in this Agreement shall beconstrued as obliging either Party to offer a Collect Call facility toits customers; and provided further that no Party shall be entitledto levy any Interconnect Fees for a Collect Call which is notaccepted by the called party; and5. 4. 2. 3 nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed asobliging either Party to offer a Manually Switched Call Service toits customers.5. 4. 3 Within a maximum of 30 days of being requested to do so in writingby MTN at any time during the term of this Agreement, Telkomundertakes to provide MTN with on-line access to its directoryinformation database solely to facilitate the provision by MTN toCustomers of MTN of MTN's own national directory enquiry service, inwhich event:5. 4. 3. 1 MTN shall pay to Telkom the prescribed public chargesapplicable to the establishment and use by MTN of a TelkomX. 25 link; and5. 4. 3. 2 MTN shall pay to Telkom an amount of R5 000 per calendarmonth during the period 1 April 1994 to 31 March 1995 andR10 000 per calendar month thereafter, for as long as MTNenjoys access to such database, subject to the reviewprocedures contemplated in 26,29.within 30 days of receipt or deemed receipt of a tax invoice fromTelkom in the relevant amount; provided that MTN shall be entitled tocharge Telkom an amount agreed to with Telkom, should Telkomwish to acquire on-line access to MTN's own directory database.5.5

  • Other Services At the request of the Fund, the Adviser in its discretion may make available to the Fund office facilities, equipment, personnel and other services. Such office facilities, equipment, personnel and services shall be provided for or rendered by the Adviser and billed to the Fund at the Adviser's cost.

  • Ancillary Services Those services that are necessary to support the transmission of capacity and energy from resources to loads while maintaining reliable operation of the Transmission Provider’s Transmission System in accordance with Good Utility Practice.
