Other Shift Schedules. (a) Where there are operational or business reasons to create other full- or part-time shift(s) on an ongoing basis, the Corporation will provide the Union thirty (30) days’ written notice of its intent to do so for the purpose of discussing the intended changes, prior to implementation.
