Other Structures, Uses, or Services Sample Clauses

Other Structures, Uses, or ServicesORGANIZATION NAME and the MDIFW will review any of the following structures, uses, or services prior to their implementation, initiation, or execution within the HMA. If the proposed structure, use, or service is found to be consistent with the Agreement and not detrimental to its objectives, it may be incorporated formally into the body of the plan. Temporary "warming shacks" used during timber harvesting that are removed from the site following completion of harvesting are permitted. The erection of buildings and other structures as may be allowed subject to the terms of the LMF acquisition; Any other structures, uses, or services that could substantially affect or diminish the values protected by the Agreement.

  • PROHIBITION ON CERTAIN TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND VIDEO SURVEILLANCE SERVICES OR EQUIPMENT To the extent applicable, Supplier certifies that during the term of this Contract it will comply with applicable requirements of 2 C.F.R. § 200.216.

  • Services Generally Commencing on the Listing Date and continuing until the Termination Date, to the extent reasonably requested by the Company, the Service Provider shall render to the Company, by and through such of the Service Provider’s officers, employees, independent contractors, consultants, agents, representatives and affiliates as the Service Provider, in its sole discretion, may designate from time to time, support and administrative services (collectively, the “Services”), including research, due diligence, transaction process management and execution, information technology, public and investor relations, legal, facilities management, back office, vendor management, accounting, book and record keeping, cash management, secretarial services and other services in connection with identifying and evaluating potential initial Business Combination targets that the Service Provider may recommend to the Company; provided that the Service Provider shall not provide any investment advice to the Company.

  • Description of Goods or Services and Additional Terms and Conditions The Contractor shall perform as set forth in Exhibit A. For purposes of this Contract, to perform and the performance in Exhibit A is referred to as “Perform” and the “Performance.”

  • CHANGES TO PRODUCT OR SERVICE OFFERINGS a. Product or Service Discontinuance Where Contractor is the Product Manufacturer/Developer, and Contractor publicly announces to all U.S. customers (“date of notice”) that a Product is being withdrawn from the U.S. market or that maintenance service or technical support provided by Contractor (“withdrawn support”) is no longer going to be offered, Contractor shall be required to: (i) notify the Commissioner, each Licensee and each Authorized User then under contract for maintenance or technical support in writing of the intended discontinuance; and (ii) continue to offer Product or withdrawn support upon the Contract terms previously offered for the greater of: a) the best terms offered by Contractor to any other customer, or b) not less than twelve (12) months from the date of notice; and (iii) at Authorized User’s option, provided that the Authorized User is under contract for maintenance on the date of notice, either: provide the Authorized User with a Product replacement or migration path with at least equivalent functionality at no additional charge to enable Authorized User to continue use and maintenance of the Product. In the event that the Contractor is not the Product Manufacturer, Contractor shall be required to: (i) provide the notice required under the paragraph above, to the entities described within five (5) business days of Contractor receiving notice from the Product Manufacturer, and (ii) include in such notice the period of time from the date of notice that the Product Manufacturer will continue to provide Product or withdraw support. The provisions of this subdivision (a) shall not apply or eliminate Contractor’s obligations where withdrawn support is being provided by an independent Subcontractor. In the event that such Subcontractor ceases to provide service, Contractor shall be responsible for subcontracting such service, subject to state approval, to an alternate Subcontractor.

  • Prohibition on Use of Public Funds for Political Activity In performing the Services, Contractor shall comply with San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 12G, which prohibits funds appropriated by the City for this Agreement from being expended to participate in, support, or attempt to influence any political campaign for a candidate or for a ballot measure. Contractor is subject to the enforcement and penalty provisions in Chapter 12G.

  • Internet Access Hotels and Airports Employees who travel may need to access their e-mail at night. Many hotels provide free high speed internet access and Tyler employees are encouraged to use such hotels whenever possible. If an employee’s hotel charges for internet access it is reimbursable up to $10.00 per day. Charges for internet access at airports are not reimbursable.

  • Availability of Verizon Telecommunications Services 3.1 Verizon will provide a Verizon Telecommunications Service to Reconex for resale pursuant to this Attachment where and to the same extent, but only where and to the same extent, that such Verizon Telecommunications Service is provided to Verizon’s Customers. 3.2 Except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, subject to Section 3.1, Verizon shall have the right to add, modify, grandfather, discontinue or withdraw, Verizon Telecommunications Services at any time, without the consent of Reconex. 3.3 To the extent required by Applicable Law, the Verizon Telecommunications Services to be provided to Reconex for resale pursuant to this Attachment will include a Verizon Telecommunications Service customer-specific contract service arrangement (“CSA”) (such as a customer specific pricing arrangement or individual case based pricing arrangement) that Verizon is providing to a Verizon Customer at the time the CSA is requested by Reconex.

  • Network Elements and Other Services Manual Additive 2.13.5.1 The Commissions in some states have ordered per-element manual additive non- recurring charges (NRC) for Network Elements and Other Services ordered by means other than one of the interactive interfaces. These ordered Network Elements and Other Services manual additive NRCs will apply in these states, rather than the charge per LSR. The per-element charges are listed on the Rate Tables in Exhibit C.

  • CERTIFICATION OF NO ASBESTOS CONTAINING MATERIALS OR WORK 8.1 The Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring that no asbestos containing materials or work is included within the scope of the Work. The Contractor shall take whatever measures it deems necessary to insure that all employees, suppliers, fabricators, material men, subcontractors, or their assigns, comply with this requirement. 8.2 The Contractor shall ensure that Texas Department of Health licensed individuals, consultants or companies are used for any required asbestos work including asbestos inspection, asbestos abatement plans/specifications, asbestos abatement, asbestos project management and third-party asbestos monitoring.

  • Internet Use Customer assumes total responsibility for its and its users’ use of the Internet. Masergy specifically disclaims any warranties, endorsements or representations regarding any merchandise, information, software, products, data, files, or services provided through the Internet.
