OTHER TYPES OF LEAVE. 25.01 An employee, other than an employee on leave without pay or under suspension, will be granted leave with pay: (a) to serve on a jury and the jury selection process; or (b) to answer a subpoena or summons to attend as a witness in any proceeding authorized by law to compel the attendance of witnesses.
