Common use of Outage Schedules Clause in Contracts

Outage Schedules. Transmission Provider shall post scheduled outages of its transmission facilities on the OASIS. Interconnection Customer shall submit its planned maintenance schedules for the Large Generating Facility to Transmission Provider for a minimum of a rolling twenty-four month period. Interconnection Customer shall update its planned maintenance schedules as necessary. Transmission Provider may request Interconnection Customer to reschedule its maintenance as necessary to maintain the reliability of the Transmission System; provided, however, adequacy of generation supply shall not be a criterion in determining Transmission System reliability. Transmission Provider shall compensate Interconnection Customer for any additional direct costs that Interconnection Customer incurs as a result of having to reschedule maintenance, including any additional overtime, breaking of maintenance contracts or other costs above and beyond the cost Interconnection Customer would have incurred absent Transmission Provider's request to reschedule maintenance. Interconnection Customer will not be eligible to receive compensation, if during the twelve (12) months prior to the date of the scheduled maintenance, Interconnection Customer had modified its schedule of maintenance activities.

Interconnection Customer shall update its planned maintenance schedules as necessary. NYISO may direct, or Transmission Provider Owner may request request, Interconnection Customer to reschedule its maintenance as necessary to maintain the reliability of the New York State Transmission System; provided, however, adequacy of generation supply shall not be a criterion in determining Transmission System reliability. Transmission Provider shall compensate Compensation to Interconnection Customer for any additional direct costs that the Interconnection Customer incurs as a result of having to reschedule rescheduling maintenance, including any additional overtime, breaking of maintenance contracts or other costs above and beyond the cost the Interconnection Customer would have incurred absent Transmission Provider's the request to reschedule maintenance, shall be in accordance with the NYISO OATT. Interconnection Customer will not be eligible to receive compensation, if during the twelve (12) months prior to the date of the scheduled maintenance, the Interconnection Customer had modified its schedule of maintenance activitiesactivities other than at the direction of the NYISO or request of the Transmission Owner.

Interconnection Customer shall update its planned maintenance schedules as necessary. NYISO may direct, or the Connecting Transmission Provider Owner may request request, Interconnection Customer to reschedule its maintenance as necessary to maintain the reliability of the New York State Transmission System; provided, however, adequacy of generation supply shall not be a criterion in determining Transmission System reliability.
