Outage Schedules. Transmission Provider shall post scheduled outages of transmission facilities on the OASIS. Interconnection Customer shall submit its planned maintenance schedules for the Generating Facility to Transmission Provider and Transmission Owner for a minimum of a rolling twenty-four (24) month period in accordance with the Transmission Provider’s procedures. Interconnection Customer shall update its planned maintenance schedules as necessary. Transmission Provider may request Interconnection Customer to reschedule its maintenance as necessary to maintain the reliability of the Transmission System; provided, however, adequacy of generation supply shall not be a criterion in determining Transmission System reliability.
