Prescheduling. The following procedures and principles shall govern the prescheduling activities necessary to plan for the reliable operation of the PJM Control Area and for the efficient operation of the PJM Interchange Energy Market.

Prescheduling. Prescheduled days are those days upon which the Commonwealth Scheduler plans for the resources and generation necessary to serve the Commonwealth load for a day or number of days subsequent to the day of prescheduling. The following is the current typical prescheduling pattern followed by Commonwealth Schedulers: Monday is the prescheduling day for Tuesday, Tuesday is the prescheduling day for Wednesday, Wednesday is the prescheduling day for Thursday, Thursday is the prescheduling day for Friday and Saturday, and Friday is the prescheduling day for Sunday and Monday. The pattern will change periodically to accommodate WSCC designated holidays, and may change due to changes in ISO scheduling practices or scheduling protocols. No later than 0600, Pacific time, Calpine will provide the Commonwealth Scheduler with a schedule or schedules of hourly expected power to be delivered to Commonwealth for the day or days being prescheduled. A sample schedule is included in Schedule II. Calpine shall transmit the information described in this Section to the Commonwealth Scheduler via facsimile, or electronically, the receipt of which shall be confirmed by phone. Both Commonwealth and Calpine will submit daily schedules to their respective ISO Scheduling Coordinators in a manner such that daily schedules are included in the ISO's Day-Ahead Market for bilateral transactions.
Prescheduling. (1) On each workday, for each day that is being prescheduled and on which spill is anticipated, each Party shall provide an estimate to Central, by hours, of the amounts of water which such Party intends to spill from its Projects for the following day or days. (2) On each workday, the Government shall provide an estimate to Central for at least the following seven days of: (A) The amount of water which is expected to be discharged from Chief Xxxxxx Project, and (B) The periods for which the Administrator expects Spill Prevention Operation to be in effect. (3) Upon receipt of the data specified in paragraph III(c)(1) and (2), Central shall make an estimate of the operation for the following day or days. Results of such estimated operation shall be transmitted to the Parties. (4) Each Party shall then perform the normal Prescheduling procedures which apply to the following day or days, and in addition, shall provide an hourly schedule of generation from the Projects for the following day or days.
Prescheduling. Availability is submitted by on-calls; part time staff may submit availability (Note: availability must meet contractual requirements for all on-calls). • On-calls and part time staff: Shifts are assigned in seniority order, (using availability and preferences and skills matched against open slots) • Hours above coding (but not overtime) are assigned as requested, in seniority order after coded hours assigned, (and matches found with availability) • On-calls and part time staff who submit availability are assigned shifts up to full-time (no overtime) • Overtime/double-time is never prescheduled

Prescheduling. Seller will provide the day ahead preschedule via email by 5:00 a.m. MST the day before the prescheduling day in accordance with the WECC Prescheduling Calendar. The Parties shall exchange Prescheduling contact information at least 10 Business Days prior to the Initial Operation Date.
Prescheduling. Jefferson shall submit a delivery schedule to Power Services for its Dedicated Resources for delivery to its Total Retail Load which shall include information such as the source, the point of receipt, any OASIS reservation reference numbers needed for the delivery of non-federal power, the daily megawatt profile and all purchasing selling entities in the path. This delivery schedule shall be submitted to Power Services before the earliest of: (1) 0800 hours Pacific Prevailing Time (PPT) on preschedule day, or (2) one hour prior to the earliest of the transmission prescheduling deadlines associated with Jefferson’s transmission agreement(s) delivery of power to Jefferson’s Total Retail Load. Jefferson shall submit all required prescheduled information in a format specified by Power Services. At Power Services’ request, Jefferson shall provide Power Services information on real power losses associated with Jefferson’s transmission agreement(s).
