Outdoor Storage. 3.10.1 Refuse containers located outside the building shall be fully screened from adjacent properties and from streets by means of opaque fencing, masonry walls or landscaping. 3.10.2 The Developer shall store all materials and equipment used in connection with all land uses within the existing buildings or accessory buildings. 3.10.3 Derelict vehicles are not permitted to be stored on the Lands. 3.10.4 Non-operating vehicles are not permitted on the lands unless associated with an automotive repair land use. Further, where non-operating vehicles are permitted, they shall be stored in an area which is screened from view by opaque fencing and not visible from a public street or residential property.
Outdoor Storage. 3.5.1 Outdoor storage of materials, equipment, and vehicles for the uses described in Section 3.3.1(a) shall be wholly contained within a fence as generally shown on Schedule B and only within the area labelled for outdoor storage. 3.5.2 Further to Section 3.5.1, the areas devoted to outdoor storage shall not exceed fifty (50) percent of the lot area. 3.5.3 No material or equipment storage shall exceed a height of 4.6 metres (15 feet). 3.5.4 Storage of hazardous materials or chemicals shall not be permitted outdoors.

Outdoor Storage. Tenant shall not store any materials, supplies, equipment, etc., outside the Premises except as necessary during construction of the Tenant Improvements. Storage in trailers, whether attached to or detached from a driving unit is prohibited (except as is usual and customary for loading and unloading such trailers). Parking of any vehicle within the Building for more than five continuous days is prohibited.
