Outline of Steps. The Company and the Union mutually agree that, when a grievance arises in the plant coming under the terms of the Agreement, it shall be dealt with without stoppage of work in the following manner: Step 1: The individual Employee, with or without a Job Xxxxxxx, shall first take up the matter with the Xxxxxxx in charge of the work within fourteen (14) calendar days.
