Common use of Outside Advertising Clause in Contracts

Outside Advertising. No outside advertising shall be made until employees have had an opportunity to apply as provided in 15.01. If there are no successful applicants from within the bargaining unit, the Employer may start proceedings to secure applications from outside of the bargaining unit.
